Career Insights is a National Search Firm based in Palm City, Florida. We are a specialized group of Senior Recruiters servicing full time Professional Personnel demand across the United States. Career Insights expertise in executing search assignments is national in scope and covers a broad range of professional disciplines and industries.
Our search projects are done confidentially and on a retained or contingency basis. For a one time fee, Career Insight's Recruiters will recruit the right candidate for your open job requirement and guarantee this individual for a period of three months.
Career Insight's Team Leader & founder is Keith Mills, a 30 year Veteran in the staffing industry. All our Recruiters possess at least 20 years of experience and contacts which span across the US. Experience has shown them that individuals best suited to their client's needs are often currently employed and not actively in the job market. Most professionals, however, are open-minded to new opportunities presented by an experienced search professional. Our standard charge for a completed placement is a one time fee equal to 15%-20% of the base salary, depending on industry and discipline. We also perform search projects on a flat fee basis, depending on the type of position and number of openings. The only additional costs to you, as the client are travel expenses. Pricing
All recruitment efforts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from employee start date, unless a different timeframe is negotiated at the outset of the assignment. In the event the employee is terminated for cause within this timeframe, our firm will recruit a replacement candidate on a non-fee basis, with the exception of relevant expenses. If the replacement candidate requires additional compensation, a fee will due based upon the difference in compensation at the fee percentage in the original service agreement.
