1.1 All business undertaken between
your company/organization and careerinsights.net specified on the sales order form is
subject to these terms and conditions of business.
1.2 Any references to "we" or "us" or "our" are references to
careerinsights.net
2. REGISTRATION
2.1 The details provided by you on Registration are important and must be true,
complete and correct.
2.2 You agree that only a single user will use this account. You agree that information
contained on this site shall not be copied, resold, or distributed by you. Any such
actions will be in violation of federal copyright laws and subject to prosecution.
We will monitor IP address and login attempts of each account and suspend suspected
abuses.
3. YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 We will respect your information and undertake to comply with all applicable

legal and administrative, or technical charges that may arise from such use.
6.3 You agree not to use careerinsights.net or the services made available to you
on or via careerinsights.net such that you cause a whole or part of

or such services to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or in any way
impaired.
