Job Responsibilities The X.D. family is looking for a passionate social media manager to join our premium games publishing team to manage our digital presence in the North American and Western European markets. In this role, you will be managing the communities many fan favourite video games while also spreading XD’s values of supporting developers to craft great games.. Manage our existing community channels and launch new social media channels to engage fans of our company and our games. Plan, create and execute social media campaigns for our community channels and social media outlets to bring more awareness to our company and our games. Provide comprehensive reports on community feedback, issues, concerns and trends. Creat, pitch and execute social media campaigns to address communities’ needs. Create a framework to monitor and moderate user-generated content within major social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Reddit and Discord to create a positive environment to engage our fans. Manage our relationship with our community partners, such as fan sites, external forums, and community destinations for our brands. Qualifications:
