Details

Responsibilities:

1.    Collaborate with other members of the production team to discuss game specifics and understand the overall vision;

2.    Analyze the game in accordance with users habits of the corresponding market;

3.    Experience the game and give suggestions on how to modify it and create it in line with the culture and habits of the players in the corresponding market;

4.    Analyze the content and art style of the game, improve game quality;

5.    Research on competitors' games on the market and provide recommendations on new gameplay and game mechanics.

 

Requirements:

 

1.    Bachelor's degree or above, no major limitation;

2.    Fluent in Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent level);

3.    Solid understanding of the market and a passion for mobile games;

4.    Enjoy playing female oriented games;

5.    Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;

6.    Nationals from English speaking countries (the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia), Russian speaking countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus), Portuguese speaking countries (Brazil, Portugal),Germany, Spain, France, Japan, and South Korea are preferred.

As at 30 June 2020, “Lords Mobile” was among the top five grossing games in 27 countries and regions and top 10 in 58 countries and regions on Google Play, and among the top five grossing games in 12 countries and regions and top 10 in 22 countries and regions on Apple's App Store. Lords Mobile has won numerous awards. After winning the remarkable "Android Excellence Game of 2017" awarded by Google Play, "Lords Mobile" was nominated for the "User's Choice Game of 2018". Lords Mobile has been awarded at the China Game Industry Annual Conference for four consecutive years, and was selected as the "Top 10 Most Popular Mobile Games" in 2019. It also received awards from Xiaomi’s mobile application platform and medias such as Beluga Global. Castle Clash is a fast-paced tower defense game launched in 2013. Most commendably, Castle Clash continued to maintain its popularity entering its eighth year of operation. Frequent content updates and regular adition of new features have successfully sustained the game's appeal. As for new games, the Group released more than 10 new games in different genres in the first half of 2020, including casual games, multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) games, and a female-oriented game. Going beyond the boundary of games, the Group boldly ventured into utility apps to diversify our product portfolio. In the first half of 2020, "KeepClean" and "KeepLock", two utility apps designed for Android users, have gained 30 million registered users. Furthermore, a diverse line-up of new titles, including strategy games and a sandbox game, are scheduled for launch in the second half of the year. In the first half of 2020, led by the remarkable performance of the Group's investments, fair value gain from the Group's investments soared to HK$420 million. Meanwhile, the Group is exploring strategic investments and in-depth cooperation with high-quality global R&D teams to expand our product portfolios and further drive long-term growth.
